Region Staffing
- Each team must have a minimum of one coach and no more than five coaches who are directly responsible for coaching and administrative tasks.
- Each team must have a dedicated manager who will serve as the main Point of Contact and be responsible for all team logistics and for complying with all policies, procedures, and deadlines.
- Additional “shadowing” coaches or staff are welcome to participate with the team.
- All coaches must be registered with NCR and meet all coaching eligibility requirements.
- The coaching staff should include at least two new staff members each year.
Player Selection
- Players must be registered and meet all eligibility requirements in order to be selected for a regional team.
- All-Stars team composition should be representative of all divisions (Division I, I-AA, II, and III)some text
- Maximum roster size 28 players; 25 players can be rostered for each match
- Roster should include a minimum of five players from Division II and III
- Rising Stars team composition should be representative of all divisions (Division I, I-AA, II, and III)some text
- Maximum roster size of 25 players; 23 players can be rostered for each match
- Roster should include a minimum of 20 players from Division II and III
- Players from Division I and I-AA must be First year or Sophomores.
