• Hotel Accommodations
  
  • Book your teams hotel by contacting Nick.Johnson@inspiresportglobal.com‍
  • Finalize travel bookings with Inspire by December 1
  • Fan block only: Send this link (TBD) to your fans for a discounted rate at a hotel close to the fields
• Book team flights by November 30‍
  
  • If needed, teams may book through PRS Travel (NCR’s travel agency) for air travel assistance
  • Submit your full team travel itinerary to kelsea@ncr.rugby by December 5

Staff & Rosters

• Finalize full team staff by October 10
• Coaches must complete Nomination Forms by October 30
• Submit final team rosters to eligibility@ncr.rugby and info@ncr.rugby by December 20
  
  • ⚠️ No practice times will be assigned until full rosters (players + coaches) are submitted and approved

Team Check-In

• Check-in will take place at the team-issued hotel on Thursday & Friday prior to the event weekend.
• Players and coaches must present their NCR Membership E-card at check in (Help Video)

• All teams must check in before attending their training time on Friday

• Teams may request check in times by contacting kelsea@ncr.rugby (check in will take 15-30min)

Apparel & Merchandise

• Match Kits (Required)
  
  • Order player kits (jerseys, shorts, socks) and coach polos through Paladin by November 16
  • Additional merchandise will be available for players to purchase
• For gameday apparel questions, contact: Matt -matt@paladinsports.com and cc TC: tc@ncr.rugby & Kelsea: kelsea@ncr.rugby
• Off-Field Kits (Optional)
  
  • Teams are encouraged to obtain a quote from Paladin
  • Alternate vendors are not permitted for team off-field apparel
  • All apparel must include the All-Star Logo and be approved by NCR & Paladin
• Tournament T-Shirts:
  
  • Pre-order deadline: December 23 (Link TBD)

Jersey Numbers

• An Exposure roster link will be sent to team contacts the week prior to the event
• Deadline to submit jersey numbers is January 15
• Coaches/managers must ensure players do not duplicate numbers when ordering kits
• Players are expected to keep the same jersey number for the entire weekend. Jersey numbers must be 1-28.
