August 1 - Today marks the start of the 2023-2024 registration season for National Collegiate Rugby.

NCR members are part of the largest collegiate association in the world with access to a range of membership benefits including XVs and 7s national championship pathways, insurance coverage tailored to collegiate members, high-performance programs, postseason grants, and the Scholastic All American program.

Membership fees are unchanged from the previous season. NCR’s two membership plans offer flexibility and cost-savings to teams with Plan 1 which is best for teams of 35+ players and Plan 2 which is best for teams with fewer players.

‍

In the new season, NCR will introduce more service automation, greater synchronization of the eligibility policies across divisions and gender along with enhancements to the accident insurance product.

Registration is now open for clubs, players, coaches, and referees.

For Clubs, Coaches, and Players:

‍

• All clubs must be registered before coaches and players can register
• Following the registration process, NCR will be responsible for rostering all members to clubs
• All players registered by Thursday of a given week at 5:00pm EST will be on weekend rosters

For Referees:

‍

• Referee registration is optional and complimentary
  
  
• Referees are automatically covered by NCR's liability insurance regardless of their registration status
